 Chao World
Also a huge repository of Chao information, only this one with a cool blue layout. Again, this place covers every detail you could possibly think of about raising, breeding and training Chao, including an explanation of Chao grades, glitches, personalities, genetics (!) and GBA savestates of various rare Chao. There's a big gallery of the staff's own Chao, too.
 ~DcD~
~DcD~ is an inspired news site that focuses mainly on Sega but offers features across the board of video gaming. It has a whole lot of reviews and previews, info on Sega games, a bunch of projected release dates and it's really quite cool and you should all visit there.
 EspioKaos.com
EspioKaos.com is the site of His MusicNess, John Weeks. Yes, the same one who makes up about 90% of the Sonic Vegemite MIDI collection. Featuring all Espy's MIDIs (of all SonicTeam games, which means ChuChu Rocket, NiGHTS etc. games that I don't put up), plus song lyrics and lists of when songs have been reused in newer SonicTeam games, amongst other things. Go there!
 Mystic Fox
Mystic Fox is an excellent page pitching itself squarely at the Tails fan - with a large "Tails Encyclopedia" giving the Sonic universe a details listing from Tails' point of view. There's also lots of info and screenshots from the games and cartoons, although again Tails is the main event here. (Sonic 1, for example, isn't listed, as our favourite bi-tailed character was not in evidence there). It's a nice way of looking at the Sonic universe.
 Sonic Cage Dome
Yes, the site for online tourneys of Sonic and such. To this end, they have two Kaillera servers ready and waiting for you to prove your 1337 5k1llz, or whatever you'd call it if, like me, you were at least mildly sane. They also issue Emerald Challenges, and even have a sort of mySpace thing set up if you're too lazy to even get a GeoCities or Freewebs page or similar. A great site, and you should go there.
 The Sonic Stadium
Dreadknux, who hosts tSS, is a good friend, and even reports on my fangames from time to time in the apparent belief that they are newsworthy ^_^ I'm helping out at tSS as well, so join us there! Plus, tSS is simply the place to go for Sonic Info. Well, maybe there and GHZ.
 Sonic Wrecks
What's this? You thought I hated all sprite comics? Well, you're wrong, bucko. Sonic Wrecks, whilst still a fairly new comic, is funny enough to warrant affiliation and 0wnage. They are also working on a cool Sonic soundbite archive, as well as wallpapers.
 Sonic Yoda
Sonic Yoda approaches the situation in a different manner to many other Sonic sites. Sure, they have the game info, the character bios, the sprite sheets and fan art archives, et cetera et cetera. But they also have a more interesting take on Sonic fandom - Mobius Tourist Information, comparisons with Dragonball Z, even Fangame Reviews! Classy layout, too. Just click there.
 United Federation of Trek.
A non-Sonic webpage, but run by Omega13a, formerly of Sonic United. Omega's personal corner contains all manner of bizarre and informative stuff, from a blog and photo gallery to collections of anagrams and what I'm sure is the world largest single collection of political "cow analogies" (e.g. Pure Democracy: You have two cows. Your neighbors decide who gets the milk.) Really, the amount of time that can be acceptably wasted on Omega's site is something approaching infinity. And, if that wasn't enough, this is now merely one section in Omega's huuuuuge Star Trek information repository. Go there already.
 TSSZ|news
Oh, come on. You know who TSSZ are, just like you know who Stadium and theGHZ are. And if you don't know, you haven't been around this scene long enough. TSSZ has long been one of the places to go for your Sonic news, and after its hiatus it's back as a big Sonic and Gaming News site with a slew of game-related news categories you probably won't see on your IGNs and your Kotakus. On top of that, the staff are a stellar team assembled from around the Sonic community. Go there!

The Pixel Warehouse
Down in the Sega Forever affiliate link, I mention what a good idea the Pixel Warehouse is. Now it's an affiliate, too. PW doesn't need a big explanation - all you need to know is that there are 1834 sprites there, from 43 games. End of story ^_^
Sega Forever
As you might be able to tell, a Sega-themed site. There's tons to see and do, including large manual and magazine collections. The Pixel Warehouse, while we're about it, is one of the best ideas I've ever seen in the Sega community...
Secrets Of Sonic Team
Just when the Sonic info sites world looked as if it was in trouble, along came Rlan to save the day. SOST is tremendous. A huge archive of cutting-room material of just about every Sonic Team game you'd care to mention. Not to mention large amounts of magazine scans submitted by a crowd of intelligent, discerning, and just plain fantastic individuals :P . I digress. SOST is so good that some of the most long-standing rivalries in the Sonic fan community could be put aside for contributions to be made. Then Rlan got tired of it.
The Mex Mix
Another sprite comic site, this features two sprite comics by Mr. MexShadow. The main one, Sonic Slam, has 47 episodes that are pretty good. Also, surprisingly nice layout!
The Sonic Comic, Inc.
TSCI is a long-running sprite comic site with a bunch of series for you to peruse, all in different settings. (Like TEH FYOOCHAR.) My favourite's Super Sonic Comic. Moving on, they also have some weird stuff like a horoscope and deleted scenes museum. Worth a visit.
Shadow Flash
The former Shadowgrounds, has rebuilt itself as a message board and oekaki, among other things. As you can tell, is kinda Shadow-centric, though don't let that stop you :P
End of Sanity (formerly Super Sonic RPG)
An RPGing forum. Looks like it's developing (or recently moved) at the moment, but the setup is an intriguing one and it could wind up being pretty cool. The fact that most of their activity is in something called "the Bob Forum" shouldn't stop you :P
Shadow's HQ
Just because I personally don't like Angsthog doesn't mean I can't link to people who do. These people have more information than you'll ever need about the trigger-happy little sod, as well as Gerald and The Truth About Fifty Years Ago. Be sure and remember the .org, as .com turns up some unrelated blog.
Fighter GC
Not specifically a Sonic site as such, but has some Sonic content amongst all the sprite comics, art and miscellany on the site. Even a fangame!
Sonic Blast
Sonic Blast is a Sonic message board that is possibly unique among message boards with lots of forums in that all the forums ACTUALLY GET USED! No, no tumbleweed forums for this site, nosiree! Anyway, they have a nice layout and color schemes and whatnot, too, and a variety of discussion topics including an upcoming forum game or two, so you may want to check them out.
The Sonic World
The Sonic World, not to be confused with just plain Sonic World, is a cool general Sonic site. Contains a fair helping of fan content, including art (with an oekaki, too!), fiction, comics and even fanmade AMVs. Also contains a swag of "official" multimedia, a forum (but of course) and a pretty cool take on Sonic news and information with some well-written articles. Oh, and a members-only section promising "goodies of untold 0wnsomeness" to those with more than 100 MB posts...
Sapphire Control Centre
Yes, I know Blue Warrior spells it "Center", but goddammit I'm Australian and I'll spell "Centre" how I like. But yeah, anyway, this is the site of SV MIDI contributor Blue Warrior, and is a depository of all BW's MIDIs both Sonic and non-Sonic alike as well as containing a fangame and some SRB2 mods. Other sections are promised, but under construction. It doesn't matter anyway because BW's MIDIs are really quite awesome and make the site worth a visit on their own...
Sonic Unleashed
You have three guesses what this site is about, and the first two don't count. Incredibly enough, this site is covering news about Sonic Unleashed, the encouraging-but-for-the-werewolf new outing for everyone's favourite blue hedgehog. And they're pretty damned comprehensive about it too, indexing every screenshot and video yet released about the game and keeping updated with all the latest info. On slow days they even post Youtube vids pointing out fascinating facts about Unleashed such as the uncanny similarity Unleashed music has to 8-bit Sonic music. Go look!
